Vaping better than cigarettes
The recent studies shown that quitting tobacco cigarettes and starting vaping electronic cigarettes, the blood vessel functions improve. The improvement is visible after a month. The study showed that people started vaping to quit smoking. There are a lot of different e-cigarettes and e-liquids in the market which help to quit smoking.
There are 3 main Blood vessel types: Arteries, Capillaries and Veins. The improvement has been seen on all those 3 main types. The improvement has been seen quite quickly. It was difficult people to quit smoking. Therefore, vaping electronic cigarettes helped people to do this. They started to vape el. cigarettes and stopped smoking regular cigarettes. People claimed that e-cigs helped them to do this a lot.
E-cigarettes have become a booming thing along all groups of people. There are many different reasons people start vaping el. cigarettes. There are group of people who start vaping because it helps them to quit smoking. There is another group of people who start vaping el-cigarettes because they love the flavours of e-liquids. There are plenty of e-liquids flavours in the market. The majority of them taste much better than the taste of regular tobacco. This attracts a lot of people to try e-cigarettes. In the past 3 years, the electronic cigarettes market has increased over 55%.
The studies also shown that changing habits from smoking regular cigarettes and starting to vape e-cigarettes reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. This was confirmed by Prof Jacob George of the University of Dundee.
The whole study about tobacco cigarettes and electronic cigarettes was conducted by George and his colleagues. 114 adults were split into 3 groups. Each group member smoked at least 15 cigarettes a day before the study.
40 people from the group could not quit smoking. Therefore, they keep smoking as normally. The next 2x groups quit smoking and started to vape electronic cigarettes. One group got eliquids containing nicotine, another one got eliquids containing no nicotine.
After the month the changes in blood vessel has been measured and evaluated. Those who quit smoking and start vaping electronic cigarettes with or without nicotine had changes in their blood vessel. The improvement was by 20% and their it became close to the people who have never smoked in their life. There was no difference between people who vaped eliquids containing nicotine and people who vaped eliquids containing no nicotine.
The results could be even better if the research would take longer. However, the study does not prove that vaping is safe. The study was just about the comparison between tobacco cigarettes and electronic cigarettes using eliquids containing nicotine and nicotine-free. The results clearly showed that switching from regular cigarettes to electronic cigarettes is good for blood vessels.
